That’s not what Trump was getting at. Trump was claiming far more problems existed than the margin of victory. Excluding the context is the same as lying about what was said.
Yeah I read the transcript of that call and u totally agree. He may or may not have said those words but the overall tone was definitely one of trying to ensure integrity on the count, not just looking for enough votes to win.
