High-ranking Democrats are now publicly admitting that President Joe Biden’s insistence on ending the public health authority known as Title 42 at the United States-Mexico border has created a “big problem” for them ahead of the midterm elections in November.
Weeks ago, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) announced that on May 23 the Biden administration would end Title 42. The authority was first issued by Trump in 2020 and has allowed federal immigration officials to quickly return illegal aliens to their native countries after they cross the southern border.

They plan this and have their agenda.
Public or even their party be damned.
An issue like this only hurts Democrats if Republicans MAKE it a campaign issue all the way to November — by purchasing ad time in the media — and maybe not even then.
The Democrat media sure as hell won’t cover anything adverse to their party as “news”.
Remember the Burnin’ & Lootin’ Monkey (BLM) riots of 2020 and how people were sick of cities burning, and how all the “Karens” were going to flock back to the right (or at least the center) and there was gonna be a big ol’ Red Wave?
Surely you remember all the tough, no-holds-barred, hard hitting ads which Ronna McRomney and the RNC ran that year on that issue and so many others that would have been big winners for the GOP?
Yeah, I don’t remember those either.
Whatever the major issue of the day is, you can always count on Republicans to fail to capitalize on it politically. Are we sick of Democrat teachers and other Democrat pedophiles “grooming” our children yet? Do you think there will be even one RNC ad on that hot topic?
Maybe they’ll stick their toes tentatively into the water and run some mushy ads about Bidenflation, but anything remotely “controversial” terrifies the hell out of the GOP establishment squishes — perhaps because some of those awful conservatives might get elected if an ad campaign was actually successful! — and the RNC fat cats are the ones with all the campaign $$$ to throw around (or just sit on, like in 2020).

Federal Judge Halts Preparations for End of US Asylum Limit

A federal judge ordered a two-week halt Wednesday on the phasing out of pandemic-related restrictions on seeking asylum — and raised doubts about the Biden administration’s plan to fully lift those restrictions on May 23.
For now, the decision is only a temporary setback for the administration. But the judge staked out a position that is highly sympathetic with Louisiana, Arizona and 19 other states that sued to preserve so-called Title 42 authority, which denies migrants a chance at asylum on the grounds of preventing the spread of COVID-19.
“(The states) have established a substantial threat of immediate and irreparable injury resulting from the early implementation of Title 42, including unrecoverable costs on healthcare, law enforcement, detention, education, and other services for migrants,” wrote U.S. District Judge Robert Summerhays in Lafayette, Louisiana.
For 2022, sure. But in reality the democrats don’t care. They played, and won, the long game, The horde of illegals will breed generations of welfare leeches that will always vote for the socialists democrat clowns. And when the 30 million or so get amnesty, it is over. The USA is done. It is now nothing more than a caudillo run latin American s hole.
They need to be consistent. Healthcare workers are forcibly vaccinated and border crossers nada.
