An end to her twenty year senate career? Boo-hoo. Republicans want to be represented by a Republican again. That her, Mittens and Collins and be counted on to vote with the other side without nuanced thinking says all we need to know. It’s one thing to work bipartisan but it’s another to be counted upon to vote with the other side of the aisle with such routine. It’s funny how Manchen is seen as a problematic Dem and the gang of three are seen as level headed, etc, etc. Like McCain was a maverick and the kind of Republican we should have except when he was the nominee and he was torched by his pals in the press. He fell for it. It’s not hard to suspect the songbird stories might be true in light of his childish involvement in the Russia collusion hoax. Really sad.

I actually cut folks like her and Collins a bit of slack because I saw them as in “purple” districts. But they are going so red that they no longer represent the will of those whom they represent. And apparently they are not willing to represent the will of the right.
