The news is coming hard and fast after a bombshell leak out of the Supreme Court revealed a draft decision to overturn Roe v. Wade. RedState reported on the initial details, noting that it is misleading to treat the draft as the final result.
Still, this is completely unprecedented, and it does appear that five justices were prepared at the time of the draft to overturn the landmark abortion precedents of Roe and Casey. What happens next is where things get interesting, though.

Does a “mostly peaceful” protest to influence a pending government action that has a small fraction of the protestors turn violent still count as an “insurrection?”
And, this is important, is anyone who encourages even peaceful protest to be condemned as an insurrectionist and possibly barred from holding public office?

This disgraceful leak seems to exemplify the Roberts Kourt.
The only real question was whether it was going to be 5-3 or 6-3 anyway. Maybe they’ll be too busy being angry about this to get mad about the coming right to carry decision.
