It’s murder....period....and in 1900, EVERY STATE had laws saying that abortion was a crime. There’s your precedence...which Roe v Wade ignored. It should NEVER have gotten to the USSC. It’s a state matter.
You’re right. As much as I would like to see a blanket ban on abortion, I recognize our system isn’t set up to do that. It is back to state’s rights, and each state deciding wether or not to ratify it one way or another.
