That is no wig, she has always had a nice head of hair...especially during the eight years of Bill's run in the WH..She is close to 75 (Oct. 26 ) so her hair has weakened, and she constantly has it high lighted, and colored...I would assume she is very grey under the color jobs...She is truly pass the age for high lights..a nice ash color done every three weeks would be fine for her...

But, like Jill Biden they think blonds have more fun...and that is a JOKE, really a joke...

Just sharing my professional advice...hair-dressed for over 42 years, and at one time before kids, I had a Salon with a staff of five..and loved every day I worked...
