This is dangerous and presumptuous. Especially after we leak that we are helping target generals. That might harden the resolve of his circle.
Just for one off the top of my head: Ukraine aggressively attempts to take back Crimea and the seaport Sevastopol, with NATO weaponry and U.S. intelligence assistance. Or, Putin just get pissed off enough about the humiliation of losing ships and equipment from all military departments. I believe field staff would obey the command to load and fire tac nuke warheads at mainly military targets, at least within the general theater.

I don’t think a 1,600 foot tidal wave would need to be radioactive, the water alone would do the trick. Not that the physics make a lot of sense.
The thing that should concern all of us is this — there is nothing in particular other than human decency to prevent all the bad actors in the world from making an alliance, removing us from the earth, and taking their chances on surviving and ruling what’s left after losing large chunks of their own countries (but perhaps nothing they value very much).
This is where we should be trying to keep close to God, the one agency that can prevent such an outcome. We cannot prevent it, we can only retaliate after the fact, and who knows how that would go? And to what purpose, if we’re largely gone anyway?
We already know that Russia, China, and the Islamic world hate our guts. India is a bit fonder of us mostly because they would be over-run in a heartbeat if we were not around to save them. And that’s about it, maybe you could say Africa and Latin America are interested spectators (whom the Chinese-led conspirators could gobble up at their leisure, none of them have militaries of any great consequence).
South African whites may have the last laugh. They might have saved some of their nukes that they said were de-activated, and use them to keep the bad guys out.
I am beginning to sense that our elites could be in on this too, but maybe they have swallowed some false promises as in “yes you can be part of our club” then after people they don’t even know have launched our nukes and died in the exchange, they will learn that actually, globalist elites, nobody likes you and you are going to the camps like all the other survivors they can round up when their nuclear-shielded armies come out of hiding in a year or two.
Nightmare scenarios, unfortunately within the range of both common sense and Biblical prophecy. We had better hope for a better dispensation, I don’t see where as a whole we deserve one, maybe on the individual person by person basis, and that sounds a lot like a Rapture scenario to me.
One problem with making threats is sooner or later those you threaten begin to take you seriously. The British have subs with missiles locked in on Moscow's coordinates, as do we. And based on the history of The Royal Navy, it's probably a mistake to discount their willingness to use them.
Yes, making noises about accepting the Ukraine into NATO was a gross provocation. Thanks go to Obama and his demented puppet, and the cadres of Neocon R's for that. But contrary to the theme to MASH, suicide isn't necessarily painless and certainly not a solution to Russia's situation.
