we are in Western Maryland and it has been raining ALL day, since early this morning and at 5 pm still a light drizzle but been steady ALL day...

We are both too old to fight the long standing to get into Rally's, so depend on Newsmax or RSB on the computer...

will watch baseball until 8 pm then turn in to the Rally..

anyone know if CSpan is covering the Rally's any longer..?
