declaring himself and his family as Moscow’s top targets. If Russia wanted him dead, he would be dead. Russia knows he's a public figurehead. Zelensky is a puppet to his radical nationalist/neo-nazis and now, NATO and the USA.
But since he's the public figurehead, if/when a peace deal is signed, it will be useful to have this puppet publicly sign it.
