Sad day when Iraq ran a more democratic election with their Purple Thumbs than we do in America.
Remember when a Democrat, Jimmy Carter, was concerned about S American elections? No democrat gives a Tinker’s Damn about Fair Elections in the US!
Although the process in Iraq is, now, just as bad as it is here, I witnessed their elections in 2009.
A bit chaotic but it worked.
So much so, that a State Dept. employee laughed that the Iraqi elections were run better than the ones in DC.
