The FBI IGNORED the warning from Russia about Tsarnaev, due to their hatred of the country, and so the bomb went off, maiming and killing Americans in Boston.
Bottom line - this hatred of Russia by the Neocons is far deeper and far more sick than most Americans can even comprehend.
The FBI isn’t full of neoconservatives. Actual neoconservatives would have gone after Tsarnaev. The FBI is full of liberals, who refuse to understand Islamic fundamentalism and Jihad
