There are NO good guys in this. Not a single one.
“We have reserves”.
Let me be the first to chortle. The Uke propaganda machine is hard at work. 😏
—”B.S.”
Perhaps?
But a bit of history indicates otherwise.
Recall:
On July 28, 1942, Joseph Stalin, premier and dictator of the Soviet Union, issues Order No. 227, what came to be known as the “Not one step backward” order, in light of German advances into Russian territory. The order declared, “Panic makers and cowards must be liquidated on the spot. Not one step backward without orders from higher headquarters! Commanders…who abandon a position without an order from higher headquarters are traitors to the Motherland.”
The order also directed that each army must create “blocking detachments” at the rear that would shoot “panic-mongers and cowards”.[2] In the first three months, blocking detachments shot 1,000 penal troops and sent 24,000 to penal battalions

The source is the Ukrainian army.
Which is smart. The propaganda has been thick on both sides of this.
But to the NWO gang on here, if you say anything that doesn’t go along with their agenda (which appears to include a dewey-eyed worship of Zelensky), you are called stupid and childish names like “Putin Puffer.”
lol..how about cultist?
Whatever. The name-calling from you little ankle-biters doesn’t bother me. It’s just another demonstration of how childish leftists can be. 🤷🏻♀️
Yes it does.
And neither side are the "Good Guys". I'll cheer for the underdogs, who've been invaded, to kill lots of the bad guys. I'll contribute to feed their innocent. But NO American boots on the ground.
Sounds like Bullsh*t to me. The If it happened, the Lt. Col would be fragged in a heartbeat.
Probably.
“Daily Mail, UK ..., huh?”
So what? They’re closer and have more reporters on the scene than anyone here.
“If it happened, the Lt. Col would be fragged in a heartbeat.”
You aren’t thinking like a Russian. Long history of this kind of stuff.
I an sure that Russian soldiers of the same unit have bonds with each other, especially in battle or recovery.
They are rabidly anti-Russia.
They have made a joke of themselves with their ridiculous Russia hatred day after day.
Personally, knowing what i know about Russian troops field behavior, i'd NEVER surrender myself. If my entire unit was ordered to surrender and complied, i'd grab a rifle, as many rounds and food/water as i could carry, and make my way out of the fort, take my chances. Better to die on your feet than live on your knees, and that goes 1000 fold when it means living on your knees under Russian brutality.
