The elementary school is 92% Hispanic, 6% White, 1% Black.

I was in San Antonia / Air Force in 79. My son graduated from the Air Force basics 8 years ago. Believe me when I tell you it has CHANGED So Much is is unbelievable. My wife and I were buying groceries. My wife was the ONLY Blonde in the entire HEB Grocery store
