I support the people of Ukraine, and they happen to live in Ukraine.

Ukraine has not lost, at all.

Even if Russia decides to stay and occupy areas of Ukraine, they will not have won. Ukraine will be a living hell for the occupiers. Russia is a poor country and can't support the areas they occupy and not even their lands in Russia and they will eventually lose Crimea too. It's like having France occupying all of Europe, and we know they can't.
