Why do they need school breakfast and lunch? Don’t the parents get food stamps? What are they doing with the foods they buy?

Presidents who grope little girls breasts in public aren’t capable of making rational or objective decisions about the best interests of children.

Looks like the federales have provided the justification to disengage from the central planners at the Dept of Education.

Adios, dudes.

Oh. I forgot to add... presidents whose ex-wives suicided because they discovered they were married to a child sex abuser should not be making decisions about the nation’s children...

And presidents who showered naked with their twelve-year old daughters should NOT be making decisions about the safety and health of children.

Easy solution -- GOP bill to implant Detransition Centers in every public school and university. It works on every level to counter Xiden's nonsense.

If the GOP would fund deprogramming, these schools and universities would take the bait$.

My guess is that this will be shot down by the courts.

Not likely. See South Dakota v. Dole where the Court held 7-2 that the Federal Government could withhold federal funds from a State that did not raise its minimum drinking age to 21.

My first (I think.) call to Rush was about this. My main point was that it changed the focus of public schools from educating children to feeding them, at least in the eyes of some.

Thank you for referencing that article DFG. Please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

"Biden Admin: K-12 Schools Must Put Boys In Girls’ Bathrooms To Get Federal Lunch Money"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

Patriots are reminded that the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly give the feds the specific power to dictate sex-related INTRAstate policies outside the scope of voting rights issues.

Neither have the states expressly constitutionally given the feds the specific power to tax and spend for intrastate school lunches.

"Congress is not empowered to tax for those purposes which are within the exclusive province of the States." —Justice John Marshall, Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.

In other words Biden's so-called “federal” funding for school lunches should have never left the states in the first place. But the very corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Congress regularly steals state revenues in the form of unconstitutional taxes, taxes that Congress cannot reasonably justify under its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers according to the excerpt from Gibbons v. Ogden above.

If y'all are wondering why we're now being oppressed under the boots of an unconstitutionally big federal government, then one of the reasons is the following imo.

In stark contrast to the Supreme Court's emphasis of the already clear meaning of the 10th Amendment (10A) in the excerpt above from United States v. Butler, using inappropriate words like “concept” and “implicit,” here is what was left of 10A after FDR's state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices got finished with it in Wickard v. Filburn (Wickard), justices wrongly deciding that case in Congress's favor imo.

"In discussion and decision, the point of reference, instead of being what was "necessary and proper" to the exercise by Congress of its granted power, was often some concept [???] of sovereignty thought to be implicit [??? emphases added] in the status of statehood. Certain activities such as "production," manufacturing, and "mining" were occasionally said to be within the province of state governments and beyond the power of Congress under the Commerce Clause." —Wickard v. Filburn, 1942.

Democrats and RINOs have since been using the Supreme Court's political correct "repeal" of 10A in Wickard to justify all kinds of unconstitutional interference in the affairs of the sovereign states imo.

The bottom line is that Trumps red tsunami of patriot supporters need to elect a new, Trump-endorsed Congress in 2022 that will impeach Biden for many unconstitutional things that he's done imo.

Corrections, insights welcome.

***Did anyone blame the gun when Oswald killed JFK? Nope?***

Actually they did blame the gun, and for the next four years raged and railed against the import of “Army Surplus rifles and handguns.” till the 1968 gun control act banned the import of them.

Now for the TRUTH. Those Senators and Congressmen against those Army surplus Rifles were doing it to protect their home grown industries of Colt, Winchester, Remington and SAVAGE, as the army rifles cost less than half of a nice American Made sporting rifle.
After the 1968 GC Act was made law, you could still import the same model of rifles into the US if they were classed as “police Rifles”.

Such is the stupidity of the US Congress.

“Ok, this is evil.”

I am sure you noticed, but adding a “D” changes the word “evil” to DEVIL.

Best evidence yet of why the entire Department of Education must be eliminated.

That case involved only a small percentage of the total highway funds, not all of them, and that was a factor cited specifically by the majority. That's not the same as eliminating all funding for lunch programs.

The Supreme Court in NFIB v. Sebelius cited that exact limitation in Dole to strike down the attempted deprivation of all Medicaid funds to states that didn't want to participate in the Medicaid expansion. To me, the threat to deprive schools of all lunch funding is very much the aa the "gun to the head" struck down in NFIB.
