How terrible it must have been to be a parent begging cops ON SCENE to do something as shots kept ringing out.
Never forget that in the back of every one of those cops’ minds was the real, established fear they would be the ones prosecuted should the perp turn out to be minority. Probably made their stomaches turn as well to be paralyzed with fear in a life&death situation because of the left.
With all due respect to you, that’s the job. If they don’t like it then they should be doing something else. I agree it’s a lose lose but showing up and not doing what is needed is BS. We have always known that when seconds count, cops are minutes away. Now they are learning that even when the cops are on the scene they are an hour away. Unacceptable.
