Until we love our children more than loose, irresponsible sex nothing will change and 3000 of them will continue to be slaughtered every day in abortion mills ... and Cory Booker is totally okay with that.
First things first let me say that I am not up to speed on what the level of training is that the Uvalde Police Department has received in the way of active shooters. However, the days of standing around and staging for SWAT or some other special operations unit are passed. Standard training now in most police departments has to do with going in immediately and stopping the killing. Officers receive training that they go in immediately in a team of two or three, whoever arrives first, and immediately make their way to the sound of the killing and stop the threat. Now this may mean that a single officer may have to go in and stop that threat. That is part of the job, it’s what you signed up for. If you are unwilling or unable to take care of business in this manner then you don’t need to be doing the job and should turn in your badge and gun immediately.
Kudos to the border patrol agent who went in and took care of business, it’s a shame that there were no other officers willing to go in with him and help him out.

I love my children and grandchildren and wife more than I can describe. I am ready to defend them and any other innocents in my circle. I therefore carry a firearm as often as reasonable and lawful. Thankfully I live in a sane state like MO, where a law-abiding person can be armed in nearly every place with few exceptions, and those being federally restricted places primarily.
Uvalde elementary was a “gun free” zone, until a killer decided to change that. Too bad a rational, thinking staff or faculty member wasn’t carrying, as it certainly appeared to be a reasonable and necessary action that day.
Just as I carry life, health and property insurance 24/7, I carry personal anti-crime insurance as well, a fighting caliber sidearm and a rifle near at hand, as appropriate.
You should too. Oh, wait, you have a security detail to keep you safe. Shame on you.

We love our children and love THE RIGHT TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS in defense of them and our country. It is about time we used them for their intended purpose.
