I submit you and your government are exactly why we need 9mm
cartridges.

They are why we need tanks, cannons, shoulder fired hand granades, fighter jets, a well armed Navy ship or 40 of them, good working modern automatic rifles and 200 million rounds to go with them as well as a very good supply of .45 cal handguns and ammo.
The 2A is all about the citizens protecting themselves from just this kind of heinous out of control government.
