They did get that part right.

Who is "they" and which part did they get right? The newspaper? The Founding Fathers?

What is "that part"?

Mo is running for the Senate and is in a runoff with Katie Britt in a few weeks.

Many believe the Constitution is addressing exactly what it says: A “well regulated militia” — and not a bunch of beer-swilling pals blasting targets with military-grade assault rifles.

What is the part? Right there. You disagree with any of that?

A liberal will quote somethings right but then miss the points.

if the Founders had meant for the 2nd Amendment to only apply to militias, the words would read “the right of the militias to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.” But they didn’t. They wrote the words “the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.”

I noted the Communist always leave that part out.

I think the Founding Fathers meant POLICE. The POlICE have the right to keep and bear arms, because clearly, they are the only ones able to be depended upon to protect us and our children and government officials.

Please read the 2nd slowly and let your lips move.

Read it again.

If they meant police, they would have said so.

Interesting, if someone broke into your house and beat your wife would you stop trying to convict the perp because it took a long time? And maybe just buy a better lock? WE NEED SOME CONVICTIONS NOT TO JUST TO GET OVER IT!!!!

Let’s not forget that in terms of what we recognize as modern police, they didn’t really exist until around the time of Jack the Ripper and H.H. Holmes, in large cities. In terms of investigation, collection of evidence, and pursuit of a perpetrator, that kind of work wasn’t done when the Founders were drafting The Constitution.

The Pinkertons, a private agency, and many others like it were the ones playing the role of police, and they didn’t exist during the drafting, either.

I don’t think, at least.

No he didn’t, that’s old news and time to move on.
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
There’s a mountain of evidence that criminal acts were perpetrated against the American people, so whether news of those alleged acts was reported yesterday or years after they allegedly occurred is totally irrelevant to the administration of justice.

The founders should have defined “shall not be infringed” in the Constitution...../s
>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>
I’m sure they assumed, and rightly so, that everyone with an IQ above double digits would know the definition of the word “infringed”.

I get told all the time that the founders should have defined “natural born citizen” if they wanted to exclude those with foreign nationality, that’s where the sarcasm comes from.
It just as stupid as not knowing what “shall not be infringed” means.

They assumed we would be smart enough to understand plain English.

Bingo. I question the “conservatives” telling everyone their vote doesn’t matter and the fix is in. May as well stay home and reelect Biden.

Depends on what you mean by “move on”.

If we can’t even talk about the stolen 2020 election without getting shushed by fellow Republicans, there’s no way we will have the balls to stop it from happening again.

No, we should be screaming bloody murder - shouting it from the rooftops. The Left is trying to silence us by setting it up so we look like conspiracy kooks if we tell the truth about the stolen 2020 election. Don’t fall for it.

Move on? Screw that.
