It’s complicated. The Mrs. hates the squirrels in the backyard because they are constantly raiding her bird feeders. So I was drafted into squirrel sniper duty. One very pleasant sunny day I had gotten a bunch of grapes from the refig and was looking out the back windows. I saw a squirrel up in a berry tree just sitting and eating berries. “He’s just trying to enjoy the day with a tasty snack, just like me...”. That ended the squirrel sniping.
I have a hard time killing them myself, but I will eat them if served up because they taste good. Teriyaki is my favorite.
