“What is your reaction, sir?” Prokupecz called out one more time.
Prokupecz told CNN Newsroom anchor Poppy Harlow that they had given Arredondo “ample opportunity” to respond, asking the questions “several times,” but “he chose to dodge those questions.
“We have been looking for him for days,” Prokupecz continued. “We have been reaching out to him, wanting him to respond to this community, people here are very upset over some of the decision-making,” but Arredondo was still “dodging some of the key questions in this, claiming he’s cooperating in this investigation, he claims he’s going to address some of these questions at some point.”
“We’ll see,” Prokupecz concluded. “Look, there’s still a lot of questions that he needs to answer, as well as law enforcement in general here.”
“Absolutely,” Harlow replied. “He said when the families stop grieving — they’re never going to stop grieving and they deserve answers.”

1. Where did Ramos get the money to buy the guns?
2. He wants more detail on the timeline.
3. Ben Bergquam is in Uvalde and is asking the questions not being asked by the media.
When you see photos of the Supreme Court headquarters, Congress, and the White House surrounded by heavy-duty fences and their denizens protected by troops of armed guards, doesn’t your blood boil?!??

I’m as unimpressed with the questions CNN posed and the dodgy answers.
“How do you explain yourself?” is not intended to solicit the truth — just to create drama and make the target squirm. The guy’s hardly going to answer, either “I chose to let the children die slowly rather than risk getting LEO’s killed, because I am unintelligent, cynical, and incompetent”, or “feds from DC ordered me to stand down and said I’d be visiting Ft Marcy Park if I told”.
“Reporters” should ask about factual details. From the matrix of details emerges the truth.
This was no interview...it was an ambush being used for political purposes. The liberal media has been using this issue to provide ammunition to gun control (confiscation) along with every event of this type. First they blame the cops for prematurely using weapons like with the Breann Taylor event when a man in her home opened fire on the police officers attempting to serve a warrant. Then they go the other way with this one wanting to mass charge into a perp that had kids and adults and want to blame the police for not attacking his position when he had kids available for killing and had already stopped for that 30 minutes after the perp shot back at officers trying to get in the first time with no tactical gear and keys to unlock doors. This was identified by Texas Department of Public Safety Director Steve McCraw.
Like Emanuel said, “You never let a serious crisis go to waste.” And CNN in their efforts for their agenda that matches the liberals on gun control and police collaring are doing their best to support it.
