preserve “communities of color” from zoning restrictions.
While we are at it, lets not have speed limits in black neighborhoods either. They only negatively affect black drivers with unneeded tickets. What could go wrong.
And non black property owners will want to invest in these zones?
That happened in my hometown..Rochester NY. The speed cameras were catching a certain demographic and city employees. The city employees were exempt. The powers that be decided that the certain “demographic” was least able to pay....and wrote them off. Then they did away with the lights...cuz no one was left to pay. LOL
Well, that might get me to move to Martin Luther King Blvd...
