Keto with intermittent fasting. Works great.

Same here. Cutting off sugar, minimizing carbs and replacing them with healthy fats helps reduce hunger. I eat until full at lunch and dinner and comfortably fast the rest of the day. I lost 30 lbs quickly and am maintaining myself at a BMI of 22.1. Other benefits I have found include no more acid reflux, no more snoring and I am better rested on fewer hours of sleep, but the biggest is my blood pressure is well down into the normal range without medications.

Admittedly I consider Sundays a feast day and allow myself some treats then. Maybe a donut in the parish hall after church or pancakes at brunch or a beer with dinner or a single scoop of ice cream as dessert. When I do face temptations I simply tell myself to wait until Sunday and I don't feel so deprived.

I get them direct for a little under $30/month. A bit pricey but it works so well for me that I would probably pay a lot more. Each bottle lasts 90 days now though so maybe you are seeing the same price.

That's an acceptable price point. Can you point me at the supplier?

Niacinamide/NM, Niacinamide Riboside/NR and nicotinic acid/Niacin are all a little bit different. Niagen is a patented NR and claims to be a better precursor for NAD+ than NM. Who knows? I do take the Niagen version, which is in a couple of products including True Niagen. I predict you will see many products, like skin care, stating NAD+ properties. Remember the Coconut Oil craze??? Personally, believe the NAD+ oral supplements have potential. Dubious about the others.

Truniagen.com (6 month subscription is the lowest price but one-time isn’t much higher)

Sure
In moderation. And every day might lessen the over all benefits
Here is the cool thing
If you indulge in one way or another
Just go back to your schedule the next day
No harm no foul
I really think hestation to try it is mental
It sounds so much harder than it is

do you mean that you buy truniagin for $30 and it last 90 days. I’ve never seen anything like that.

can you state what brand it is that you buy and where you get it?

Thanks! The “stick packs” look like my preferred product. I have difficulty swallowing capsules. I didn’t know the stick pack option was available.
