Ukraine is a puppet.
One of the Russian officials was talking to the BBC and said the negotiations would be held between Russia and the west. “Not Ukraine?” the reporter sniffed. “Well, they can be at the negotiations. But you know, everyone knows, they are only a puppet” the official responded.
Putin pretends they are a puppet as he thinks he can convince the west to let him grab Ukraine.
Just like Hitler with the Sudeten
