This man needs to resign. He’s probly already polarized the whole county by now. I wouldn’t let him be on city council, no way! Doesn’t failure to follow procedure that results in mass death grounds for derilection of duty? He needs to be fired before the vigilantes show up.

It’s 2 weparate political subdivisions so council can’t act against misconduct in another government entity, unless he’s first convicted of a crime warranting remove..

However, if he was honorable, which has been determined not to be the case, he would resign and disappear.

On the bright side, Texas municipal laws allow removal of an elected councilman if he misses 3 or more consecutive scheduled meetings. I bet this happens.
