Congress has been close to 100% successful at making the people think POTUS is the chief legislator and policy setter, but it is Congress that created inflation, stifles production of energy, and creates the pesky administrative bureaucracies. Congress is the reason the FBI exists and is corrupt. Congress is the reason the NSA and CIA are able to run a surveillance state and run color revolution in the US.
Congress is at the root of national failure. Not Biden.
He would be their best pick. Would have the wildest appeal.

My best guess is one of these three:

2. ButtGiggliy
3. Abrams - if she wins in Georgia, maybe even if she doesn’t win!
No particular order of likelihood.
Dark Horses:
1. Kerry (Why not? He’s been in the news lately!)
2. Hellary (There’s always Hellary until she assumes room temperature!
3. Manchin
4. Warren (She wants it! The Bernie Wing must have its champion!
5. Bernie (Why not the real McCoy in Bernie-ism!)
No particular order of likelihood.
No impeachment. He’ll conveniently croak.
And less than two years into his term. This is pathetic. The only reason they foisted this loser on the public was to get rid of Trump.

Maxine and Sheila were too toxic. Michelle probably would have doomed the ticket by making it too obvious he would just be Barack's puppet.
Val Demings of Florida was on the first impeachment committee--she would have been a better choice than Kamala but she's only a Congresswoman so probably wasn't considered.
