Biden's approval rating is around 30%, and perhaps way less than that.

So, he has lost 70% or more of the people.

If he were to run, which nobody in his/her right mind would expect him to do, he'd get less than 30% of the vote. Even democrat leaders would be asking for his head on a plate.
