Half of all abortions are black babies. They want to ensure that at least that half of all abortions continues because, well, they hate blacks that much.
I have read that 1/2 of all Black pregnancies end in abortion.
My opinion is that the real “Replacement Theory” (”The Great Replacement”) is to import Hispanics to replace Blacks in the US. (Just look at jobs in construction or the service sector...)
To implement Replacement Theory, the birth rate of Blacks needs to be suppressed and the birth rate of Hispanics (largely Catholic) needs to be encouraged.
