Plus there will still be states that allow abortions so it’s not like they can’t get them at all and most states will allow them up to a certain point in the pregnancy.

In a large percentage of cases, particularly after first trimester, the reason for the abortion is a worsening relationship with the baby's father.
Some women deliberately get pregnant thinking it will result in the boyfriend marrying them, or at least agreeing to child support. When it doesn't happen, they abort.

We did not allow abortion until *after* we had reliable birth control. They go together. Even the most reliable birth control is not 100% effective. And not everyone used it when they should have. But more than that, it gave people the illusion there is no real link between sex and babies, follow ed by the conviction there should not be. They demanded the right to have sex whenever, wherever, however, with whomever free of consequences. A backup to contraception was needed.
So you have a bunch of chemically sterile women who are no longer respected and revered as bearers and nurturers of life. Men are no longer respected, appreciated and revered as the protectors of life. It’s just all about sex now. With whomever and whatever, wherever, however. And this “right” seems to have been elevated above all other rights.
The complementary natures of men and women are no longer appreciated — or even believed. We are supposedly interchangeable, our only differences being our plumbing.
Who dreamed up this dystopia? It almost seems to have been cooked up by a bizarre combination of bitter lesbians and hormone-crazed 13-year-old boys. Crazy. Yet here we are, killing those inconvenient babies (how dare they come into being!) and taking the kiddies to Drag Queen Story Hour on the way to the transgender clinic while Cardi B and Lil Kim blare from the car speakers.
Men and women blaming each other for our sorry state, each feeling used and abused by the other.

Sad, but true. The baby killing will continue. During the twilight of the multi-culti Hellenistic world, the population dwindled as more and more unwanted babes were exposed to the elements. In the decadent dying days of Rome, they simply tossed them into the Tiber (altgough some fortunate ones were fished out and raised by those pesky Christians). We seem to be following suit.
