Stupid. Why the before 21 BS? Just make it simple, compete in your birth sex or a new Open (Or “It”) category.
It is bad decision in more ways than one.
It should have made a straight forward decision that restricted competition by biological sex, period.
By accepting persons who “transitioned” to the sex opposite their biological sex “before age 12”, they encouraging the worst life-prospect for those so encouraged.
Recent studies have shown that puberty blockers and “trans” surgery (mutiliation in my view) for youths with gender dysphoria leads to an unsatisfactory “seuxal life” after “trans surgery” than is the case for those who go through the normal puberty of their bilogical sex before the “trans surgery”. The difference lies in the under-development of the tissue and surrounding nerves “reassigned” in the “trans surgery”. They remain immature and often lack any “sexual response” ability. The ruling is stupid because it is not good for the life of those it purports to help.
This ruling makes sense and it is the only one that does.
Imagine who will be in that stands to watch these things compete.
Fake males and females should only compete against other fake males and females. But don’t expect a lot of spectators.
So, for the ‘open’ category, will they call it ‘drag racing’?
The parents of anyone who "transitioned" before age 12 should be in prison for child abuse.
The decision was only made AFTER the fake female swimmer mentioned he wanted to try next for the US Olympic team.
