It is real - unfortunately! Saw this type of behavior with my sister. Eventually she couldn’t read the notes put up for her. Biden will get there as well.
Same with Frank Sinatra. Early in his dementia, he was able to read his giant cue cards; near the end, he couldn't even read them. Sad. Sad for Sinatra, that is. For Biden: deserved, after a life as a leech, grifter, plagiarist, crook, you-name-it, all around bad guy.
