MediCal is the California version of Medicare and it is federal dollars along with state. Federal $ makes up between 62 and 100 percent of the funds spent, so their generosity is your generosity.

But it's so purty there, and there's so much to do...LOL...Hope they can keep up the ports, ag etc... the state also serves as a dweeb magnet that might be of benefit to more sanely managed locales.
