1000 civilians and only 18 casualties from a missile direct hit?
If that was truly an ammo storage area, there probably weren’t many civilians in there, anyway. If not, they’re fudging numbers.
I don’t believe anything from Russia, Ukraine or the US.

No mall has a 1000 people in it. Maybe 150 people. It was a real mall, though, and not a military target.
Russian weapons are trash. Who knows what they were trying to hit.
