Call it “efficient”. Proceeding directly to the payoff saves time.

Start with the frozen Russian reserves.

Then keep sanctions in place until Russia pays reparations.

We could cap the price for Russian oil at $30 a barrel with $10 of it going to Ukraine and $20 to Russia. Up to Putin if he wants to sell or not.

“Start with the frozen Russian reserves.”

And the Russians might nationalize Western-owned Russian Federation patents.

“The company’s U.S. assets, including its patents and trademarks, were confiscated in 1917 and auctioned off to its competitors”

How much cheaper would it be to just pay people from the Ukraine to move to a nicer country ?

“We could cap the price for Russian oil at $30 a barrel”

How? By selling China and India US oil at $30 a barrel?

I’ve never seen a country leader so skilled at milking the rest of the world.

Much of the Ukraine was rebuilt after WW2 as the Soviet Union had a scorched earth retreat policy.

The buildings were about 50 to 75 years old in January 2022 and probably in need of gut-level renovation, or total replacement for energy efficiency too.

Except around Kyiv, the battered parts mainly lie in the pro-Russian areas now under Russian military control.

No, the sequestered Russian assets will be the immediate primary source while reparation negotiations are in process

Zelenskyy said his war-battered country is the “common task of the entire democratic world,” ..... laid out a $750 billion recovery plan.........HAHAHAHA!

He's currently worth roughly $20 million, based on reporting by Forbes Ukraine....others say worth $596 million....

Also....Corruption rating for Ukraine ranked 122nd out of 180 countries in 2021, the second most corrupt in entire Europe.

They'll all be waiting to fill their pockets in Zelenski's administration...

$hit it was 600 billion yesterday. Talk about inflation! Tomorrow 850 billion? So a trillion by the end of the week. And guess who they think is going to pay this? Hint: we live in the greatest country in the history of the world.
