Mom probably had him on ADD drugs since he was 7 and he probably smoked dope since he was 14.

The news report I saw tonight had a brief interview with a July 4th celebration attendee who had 90% of his shoulders and neck tatted and part of his lower face, plus hair in a man bun. He was relieved the killer didn’t choose his area.
There must be a lot of these ugly tattoos around.
