It's obvious that there were drugs in his history. My guess is years of pot smoking followed by an addition of rave/homo/emo drugs (meth, ecstasy, benzodiazepines, psilocybin mushrooms, etc.).

You are right, of course, but the system isn’t looking to corral these guys, from schools to Social Workers, to the Police Chiefs that are hired due to their professed progressive beliefs.
