I think the best example to touch on is shooting a weapon
into the air. If you think about it, hitting someone at
360 degrees and variable distances, the chances of hitting
someone is very small. We still don’t do it, because it
just might hit someone.

It’s like winning the lottery. I couldn’t win if the odds
were 1 in 100.

If it comes to harming someone and being held responsible,
I would harm someone if the odds were
1 in 113,000,000,000,000.

I hadn’t seen the photo, but later saw a video.

My comments contained a reference to the crowed nature of
the community dwellings. In the photo it looked like a
large embankment on the other side of the driveway.

That’s what you want with that weapon in a community setting.

Not sure if he used it in the direction of homes to the side
though.
