The good news is that this stupidity will hasten the demise of college athletics. College should be for academics. This nonsense of “I’m a Wolverine for life” is just stupid.
The win loss percentage of your college team has absolutely nothing to do with how many team shirts you bought. Those people live empty vacuous lives as they vicariously believe they can affect the team success by how loud they cheer.
When I was a kid I worked for such a fool. He wasn’t smart enough to be a student but this clown was a massive University of Michigan fan. He even had a custom van with the big M on the side. (Sure was a shame when someone stole it and chopped it up. Literally into 12” squares)
One of my kids graduated from a real college. It was a small private engineering university where the main goal was academics. Zero sports and no politically correct nonsense.

Mostly they (women) are not cool with this. But they are caught in a bind because of the type of people they choose to follow.
For years, the radicals have pushed beyond a sane “Men and women are equal but different “ to “All people are the same”, which means apparently, in sports and athletics, there are going to be “men” who are better than “women” at women’s sports.
The obvious answer is for NCAA to end Title IX and just have one column of sports. That is ‘fair’; if all are the same, why then is there a difference?
