Personally I don’t even think he has Covid. This is likely an excuse to keep him out of the public eye for a while since every time he’s in front of a camera lately he says or does something gaffe-worthy.

I’m hoping that now that Biden has it, all the protocols will be washed away completely and people who were so afraid to go inside anywhere without a mask on will finally start to ditch the d*mn things. My 94 year old mother in law has it, and it’s been very mild for her. She’s doubly vaxxed and doubly boosted, finished radiation treatment for a small tumor in her lung a month or two ago, and is taking Paxlovid. She says she just feels a little crummy, but is managing fine. We are hoping it stays mild for her. She might forget what you told her ten minutes ago (the hard drive is full), but she’s still sharper than Burden, and in better shape.
