The cost of each HIMARS rocket that succeeds in putting a single easily (and quickly) repairable hole in the deck of the bridge is $150,000. The Ukrainians would we wiser to use those rockets against ammunition dumps and use bigger bombs to actually drop a span of the bridge — you know… like the Russians do. Just sayin.
Of course maybe the Ukrainians are blindly following the advice of “woke” members of today’s American military.
Ukraine has cut off Kherson city from Crimea with that strike on that bridge. The Russians now will have make a 100+ mile detour to Kahkhova to resupply the city or swim the river.
