These attacks on white guys are having a disastrous effect on colleges; many don’t go at all anymore, and are content with working McJobs just to pay for toys. They’ll live with parents as long as they can, never marry/breed, and look after themselves only.
The only thing that may change this is the slow realization by white women that there are few marriage partners; they’ll die old and childless (or breed a child with a one-night stand), and they’ll be worked like men - until they’re old and lonely.

My very first college class was a sociology class at a community college in 1978.
I had no political opinions of any kind.
The instructor would find ways to ask what the solution was to a problem .
His TA in the class would say the same answer, “the Humphrey Hawkins full employment bill”.
My eyes were opened a bit as this was obvious propaganda they were trying to foist on us.
Nothing more than a jobs program to employ all the AA graduates who had no business going to school so they shuffle them in to “studies” programs to inflate their grades and since they are entirely unemployable they get jobs in colleges regurgitating this marxist garbage.
It’s definitely an industry - once they join the DEI train, they start job hopping for ever higher salary and benefits in “diversity” jobs. Guaranteed employment for the right skin color.
