Well...duh. Like that’s a bad thing. But it wasn’t that they “broke” with Trump, it’s that they sided with Trump-hating, progressive communists hell bent on destroying America. The core’s revenge “bent” is understandable when put in the correct terms.

PLENTY of Republicans broke with Trump on PLENTY of issues, and Trump either left them alone or in some cases, campaigned for them.
But EVERY politician has Red Lines, and impeachment simply because you don’t like the personality of a president who is carrying out your stated agenda is a VERY EASY Red Line to stay clear of.
