Don’t know that I’ve ever seen a “trial” this biased and corrupt. Jones handed over all kinds of evidence and went through multiple depositions and then the liberal Democrat judge ruled that he “withheld” info.....what exactly he supposedly withheld has never been made clear. And that therefore on the basis of this, ruled he was not allowed to put up a defense.
There’s a reason these suits were brought in Leftist Austin, Texas and in Connecticut where the plaintiffs knew they would get hopelessly biased Democrat judges who would make a mockery of the justice system - kinda like the DC courts.

Why exactly is he being sued, other than the fact that he has deep pockets? You can argue that his opinion on the incident is wrong but who was actually "harmed" by his opinion? He is not a public official or anyone who has any impact on the lives of the families.
What's next? Suing people who claim the moon landing was faked or suing people who claim that the earth is flat?
There are those who still claim that a plane did NOT hit the Pentagon on 9/11/01. They say it was a missile. Can the families of those who died in that crash sue those who make that claim? Say what you will about Alex Jones, but this lawsuit sets a dangerous precedent.

Regardless Jones’ case in thos we must all be very VERY worries. Lawyers are now all deep state agents. Their marching orders have gone out that they better violate every legal and traditional role of a lawyer working for a client or they will be destroyed. They work for the deep state and if you are not a compliant plaebe your own lawyers will work to bury you.

I've never been an Alex Jones fan. If I remember correctly, didn't he start the whole “crisis actors” thing re: the parents? Anyway, if I had lost my child in that shooting, I'd be super pi$$ed hearing that it wasn't true *but* isn't part of defamation having to demonstrate that the lies that hurt your character caused you damages?
