Maryland: Unofficial results show political newcomer defeating Frederick County Vice President ( by 18 year old Trump Candidate)

The Frederick County Council president lost her reelection bid by three votes, and both she and the council’s vice president lost to first-time candidates, according to unofficial primary election results from Friday, the final day of ballot counting…

The second member of the County Council’s leadership duo, Vice President Michael Blue, lost the Republican nomination for the District 5 seat to 18-year-old Mason Carter, who helped form a Republican club at Walkersville High School before graduating in May.

Blue said in a phone interview with the News-Post on Friday that he was considering running as a write-in candidate in the general election. He said that an exploratory committee would examine the district’s voter data to determine what his chances of winning could be, and he planned to announce whether he would pursue a write-in candidacy in the coming weeks.

But under state law, a candidate who is defeated in a primary election may not file as a write-in candidate in the next general election, Henry Fawell, of Campfire Communications, wrote in an email Friday on behalf of the State Board of Elections.

Blue said he underestimated Carter’s ability to get out the far-right Republican vote in District 5, which includes areas of the county north of Frederick.

Carter received 2,843 votes, or 53.5%, and Blue received 2,473, or 46.5%, unofficial results show.

Loser Blue said he was considering running as a write-in candidate in the general election.

Terminally Stupid.

The republican party is defunct, if this guy lost and is now going to flip over to independeny and split the vote then he should be shot by a real party.
It’s bad enough with the democrat implants running independent as if conservative knowing they can’t possibbly win but this.

To a leftwing marxist, a Constitutional patriot is to their far right.

What a great Friday feel good story. This doesn’t surprise me. Look at Mayra Flores in Texas, Madison Cawthorn from North Carolina, (yes he wigged out, but doesn’t change the point), and hosts of other young conservatives are stepping up. And winning!!!

I work with outside contractors as a manager for a Home Services Division of a big orange home improvement company. I meet many young LEGAL immigrants and first and second generation Americans from all over the place. 99.9% of these young contractors are rock solid family valued industrious conservative leaning people.

One thing I’ve learned in the past 10 years doing this job, the “new Americans”, I encounter have more love for this country, family and desire to make their new Country better, than all of the slacker native born liberal leaning Hotpockets eating basement dwelling denizens that only apply to appease mom or grandmother once a month or so when the ladies pitch a bitch.

We are going to come out of this Brandon nightmare in good shape. This article proves it.

Or typical attitude of LIBERAL the ruling class. It sounds like the voters made the right decision to cast off this bastard.

YES! This shows how totally disgusted the voters are with the “leaders”.

Frederick, MD is in the borderlands between very liberal eastern MD which falls under the influence of Baltimurder and the District of Criminals, and western MD and south central PA which still trend pretty conservative.

"fredneck is a great place to live"

Other than state politics, I always liked the area. When I was a student at Gettysburg College, a lot of students at Hood College would come to our campus on the weekends and vice versa.

Building Conservative activism from the ground up.

THAT is why the swamp, and the Dims, feel so threatened.

The last time I visited Frederick, Maryland, I was a young boy prior to WWII. It was a pretty little one main-street town. I had read Whittier’s poem and remember the flag (then 48 stars) hanging from the old Frietchie house. Now I expect the town and surroundings are full of government workers who commute to Washington.
