In a somewhat dull suspense-thriller, Amazon Original movie produced a few years ago, Dick Cheney is mentioned any number of times as a person dictating policy under Bush and who intentionally withheld critical CIA information from the POTUS.
The movie is called “The Report.” It’s one-sided in that it’s told from a Democrat staffer’s perspective. Still, it’s pretty darned close to what you would expect would be happening in the offices of Congress at the time.
It might refresh old memories about Dick. It’s a bit graphic using actual footage of prisoner torture in CIA-run prison camps.

The single issue in this entire campaign, apparently, is Liz Cheney’s (personal) war with President Trump.
I don’t support what Cheney did in that ad, but at the same time, I’m not going to dust off old DNC talking points / Ted Kennedy speeches to attack him, either.

Dick Cheney and his daughter Liz are more of a threat to this country than Donald Trump ever was or will be.
The domestic surveillance apparatchik he helped establish was used in an attempt to thwart a presedential candidate of the opposing party in 2016.
THAT attempted coup is the true threat to democracy, NOT the purported “insurrection”.

According to Cheney Donald Trump, a former US President, is more of a risk to our nation than King George the 3rd was. He's the guy that sent soldiers to try to kill George Washington and the other founders, and he sent his army to burn Washington DC in the war of 1812. They actually did burn the White House.
And then there were the leaders of the Confederacy, the Germans and Japanese in WW II, various terrorists, and many others.
Cheney thinks we are dumb, just like his daughter.
