In a somewhat dull suspense-thriller, Amazon Original movie produced a few years ago, Dick Cheney is mentioned any number of times as a person dictating policy under Bush and who intentionally withheld critical CIA information from the POTUS.
The movie is called “The Report.” It’s one-sided in that it’s told from a Democrat staffer’s perspective. Still, it’s pretty darned close to what you would expect would be happening in the offices of Congress at the time.
It might refresh old memories about Dick. It’s a bit graphic using actual footage of prisoner torture in CIA-run prison camps.

I don’t support what Cheney did in that ad, but at the same time, I’m not going to dust off old DNC talking points / Ted Kennedy speeches to attack him, either.
