From my perspective they seem scared to death and likely understand they’re on the precipice of losing power and maybe facing criminals charges.

I think this is a bait, switch and cover for the fact the IRS just got approved to hire 87,000 new agents... I think the powers that be did this raid as a bit of kabuki theatre to hid the fact that the government is now permanently transformed. People can be outraged at this and they should be, but the real power grab was with the legislation. All the Dem Senators who are up for reelection can be beaten on the 87,000 IRS agents that they just voted for... none will be beaten on the corrupt FBI... They aren’t in the FBI. They did vote to weaponize the IRS. THAT is the key to defeating a guy like Mark Kelly who was elected knowingly through fraud in AZ.
