Republican Rep. Elise Stefanik (R-NY) has put Democrat President Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland on notice over the FBI’s raid of President Donald Trump’s Florida home, Mar-a-Lago.
Stefanik, the third-ranking House Republican, also issued a warning over the seizure of GOP Rep. Scott Perry’s (R-PA) cellphone.
As Slay News reported earlier, Trump ally Perry said three FBI agents seized his phone while he was traveling with his family.
The New York congresswoman accused Biden of weaponizing the Department of Justice (DOJ) and the FBI before warning the president and AG that they “will absolutely be held accountable” when Republicans take back control of the House.

He won’t be held accountable. Even if he was indicted, owing to his advanced dementia, he would be found incompetent to stand trial.
