It is common for agents to "time" a raid to their advantage.
Much depends on whether a person believes the agents motives are good or bad.

There is a limit to how long they can wait, before information is assumed to have "gone stale".
It is seldom enforced, and has to be done so by a court.

Baloney. Timing the raid is what you do with crack dealers. Maybe you wanna hit them at 7am on a weekday morning.
But going to Trump’s place needed timing for the agent’s advantage? They think his sons would come out shooting?
