When the real coup happens - the one the left has been planning for over 20 years, ammo will be used to kill top people at the IRS. I'm guessing the plan is to have the commie coup take ONE DAY. Kind of like in the old days when the radio station was taken...
So each bureaucracy will have guns and ammo and on that commie take-over day, the people who might resist - top management will be shot. Nothing else makes sense.
